TMP Directional Marketing Appoints Eric Berk as Chief Financial Officer

NEW YORK (February 11, 2009) – TMP Directional Marketing (TMPDM), the largest local search marketing agency, announced the appointment of Eric Berk as chief financial officer. Formerly chief financial officer of Ziff Davis Enterprise, a privately held integrated media company, Berk was responsible for Finance, Human Resources, IT and other operational functions. He brings more than 25 years of financial oversight experience to TMPDM.

Prior to Ziff Davis Enterprise, Berk was the chief financial officer for IGE and director of finance for the Internet/Direct Commerce division of Martha Stewart Omnimedia. He also served as finance director for Time Inc., where he was responsible for accounting and financial management for Time Editorial. Based in New York, Berk will report directly to Flanagan.
