Developed specifically for the UK market, SearchLab UK and XtremeLab UK are hands-on workshops that teach recruiters how to find talent online by using AIRS sourcing methodologies.
Courses demonstrate how to tap social networks, blogs, follow back links, use single-name tracking back to similar candidates and utilise Flipping and X-Raying methods to search corporate, university and professional organisations’ websites.
