AIRS Announces UK Recruitment Training Events and Expert Learning Series Schedules

WILDER, Vt. (April 24, 2008) AIRS, a company of The RightThing and the leader in recruitment training, technology and outsourcing, has announced new dates on its 2008 United Kingdom (UK) recruitment training workshop schedule, including SearchLab 2008 UK, XtremeLab UK and its Expert Learning Series, online courses focused on recruiting topics. Developed specifically for the UK market, SearchLab UK and XtremeLab UK are hands-on workshops that teach recruiters how to find talent online by using AIRS sourcing methodologies.

Courses demonstrate how to tap social networks, blogs, follow back links, use single-name tracking back to similar candidates and utilise Flipping and X-Raying methods to search corporate, university and professional organisations’ websites. SearchLab UK is a prerequisite for XtremeLab UK, a course that offers more advanced techniques for recruiters wanting to take their sourcing skills to the next level.

“As the UK recruiting market quickly adopts advanced sourcing strategies, AIRS is offering an increased number of training workshops and online courses in addition to AIRS SourcePoint technology,” said Matt Jessop, UK country manager of AIRS. “AIRS workshops, such as SearchLab UK & XtremeLab UK, show recruiters first-hand how to aggressively seek out passive candidates on the web, while AIRS SourcePoint UK helps automate the process.”

SearchLab UK dates include:
London — June 4; September 25; November 10
Manchester — July 14
Edinburgh — September 22

XtremeLab UK dates include:
